Ben Silverman, the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning producer, New York Times best-selling author, media entrepreneur and visionary producer behind The Office, is the Chairman and Co-CEO of Propagate Content, a multi-genre content and talent powerhouse. 

At the forefront of the entertainment industry, Silverman has created and executive produced major network, cable, and streaming hits, including Golden Globe, Emmy and Peabody Award-winning shows The OfficeUgly BettyJane The VirginThe 911 and The Tudors. He is an executive producer of Peacock’s The Paper, as well as Marco Polo and Flaked (with Will Arnett) for Netflix, NBC’s Fashion Star and Running Wild with Bear GryllsNashville Star, and The Robert Deniro starring Hands of Stone. 

Under Silverman’s leadership, Propagate has built a diverse portfolio spanning multiple genres. The company’s television division boasts successes such as the iconic Chopped franchise for the Food Network, Bear Grylls is Running Wild for Fox, Fox’s new hit Best Medicine, Apple TV+’s breakout hit Stick starring Owen Wilson, the Annie-nominated Lulu for Apple+ and many more. The company’s acclaimed documentaries division is a market leader with successes including I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not for CNN, the Emmy-winning In Her Hands for Netflix, Emmy-nominated Hillary for Hulu, the Emmy-nominated Untold sports documentary series for Netflix, LFG for HBO Max and Anna Nicole Smith for Netflix. Silverman’s feature film credits include My Boyfriend’s Meds, Incoming, Mansone, Magruber and Hands of Stone. Propagate Content’s Fuego division produced the Latin music show La Firma for Netflix and the first Spanish-language comedy for Peacock, 90 Minutos. Propagate also relaunched The Skins Game for Prime Video.

Propagate’s corporate portfolio includes industry leaders such as Electus, and leading talent and digital creator management firms Artists First, Authentic Talent & Literary Management, Select Management Group, Parker Management, and Sway Social. In early 2026, Propagate secured a significant growth investment from Ares Management, fueling its ongoing expansion across digital, studio, creator representation and traditional talent management.
